What licence models do you offer?
We offer two flexible licensing options:
Concurrent Licences
Ideal for larger teams. These licences allow a set number of users to access the Hurdle platform at the same time. No named user licences are required.
Named Trainer Licences
Best suited for smaller teams. A named licence is assigned to a specific trainer, who can deliver sessions for groups of 10 or more.
What contract terms are available?
We offer flexible subscription options to suit your needs. Choose a monthly rolling contract for short-term or variable use or opt for an annual contract for added value.

Do I need to download an app to use Hurdle?
Trainers will need to install the Hurdle application. It can be downloaded directly from our website or deployed company-wide using an MSI installer.
Learners can join sessions straight from their browser, no downloads needed, making access even easier.
What is a Lab?
Labs are ideal for training that involves isolated or restricted systems. Each learner is provided with a fully
configured virtual machine, removing the need to use their own desktop.
The lab environment is set up by your IT team and includes all applications and content needed to run and
attend the session, with support from Hurdle to ensure a smooth installation.
Can I have co-trainers or assistants in a session?
Yes! You can add multiple trainers to deliver within the same session. Check our licence models to see what works best for your setup.
Does Hurdle integrate with our LMS?
Yes! Hurdle supports LTI-compliant LMS integration, allowing for seamless syncing of sessions, tracking, and reporting.
Does hurdle integrate with other 3rd party applications?

How many learners can attend a session?
50 people can attend a hurdle session. Licence limits also apply
