The Administrator and Assistant can pre-load sessions for the instructor and students and modify the background settings where needed.

The instructor can present the learning to the virtual classroom and then watch the students complete any relevant exercises on their virtual computer. At all times the Instructor can take control of the students PC and offer support throughout the session as needed.

The student will be able to use the virtual computer to join the session, watch the Instructor and then take part in the necessary exercises themselves. They can ask for help at any time, make notes to be exported and follow along with the rest of the group.
